I would not recommend this class. The instructor and her assistant were excellent! But the other components just made for a not so special experience. The worst part was that the class was so rushed! You really didn’t have time to carefully make two kinds of pasta- so the second kind is like a free for all just get it done situation. You do not get to see or make the sauce, it’s already made. It seemed like overall the company was cheap and cut corners wherever they could. I’d rather pay more and have a better experience.

I had such a fun time at this class. The teacher really helped you learn the history and the steps of the pasta making process. The food was delicious and it was a fun environment with the other chefs.

It was perfect as an introductory course, and the instructor did a nice job of breaking down the concepts. The location in the hotel was a little strange, and it would have been nicer to have a bit more room to move about. Overall we really enjoyed it!

I thought this glass was good overall. I was disappointed to pay for 2 tickets but yet only make one pizza. They should have made mini pies so everyone could make one and fully participate. The teacher was great though.
