The class was good because each student got their own station to practice the knife skills. The instructor demonstrates, then you go back and do it yourself. Everyone contributes their chopped food to the communal meal. He doesn't really go around and offer one-on-one help, but there were two assistants who sort of helped. My advice is to get a station next to the instructor so you get more help if you think you'll want it. The meal we made was basic, but yummy. The space is nice and big. This class is good if you are a beginner, or need to be reminded of the proper way to use a knife. Would have been helpful to learn how to sharpen knives.
