Chris Pagnotta has been homebrewing for ten years and is the current President of the New York City Homebrewers Guild. He has written popular articles on homebrewing for Popular Mechanics and is a regular contributor of beer reviews to Men's Journal. His beers have won ribbons in large competitions such as the National Homebrew Competition and Homebrew Alley.

Introduction to Homebrewing

I learned so much. I was amazed at the detail and clarity this class provided while really being engaging and fun. I came to this class with no experience and honestly not being a huge beer drinker but enjoyed gaining so much insight to the craft. Cheers to the instructor!
