    Very Interesting and delicious class to attend. I came home with homemade butter and cheese. In addition, I learned very good cheesemaking techniques and tasted so many delicious cheeses. The instructor was very nice and answered so many questions.

    Definitely recommend this. The cheese shop the class is in is awesome, the teacher is super cool and has great stories about how she got there and you get to eat cheese the whole time! This isn't really a hands on class though, you don't have your own station where you heat milk and stir things, so if that's what you're looking for you have been warned. They put a plate of cheese out for each person and a glass of wine to enjoy while the teacher makes cheese and tells you about the process and at the end you take the fresh made stuff home. My class was split 50/50 on the couple to singles ratio so don't be shy about going alone because chances are you won't be the only one.
