This was a great class for total beginners. It was a full class, I believe there were seven students in total. Our instructor, Lisa M., was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything. At first I was worried that between all the students there wouldn't be enough time to spend with each student, but I definitely got all my questions answered, and she helped every student whenever they needed it. I couldn't believe that after two hours, I could actually knit! I have a lot to learn, and at this point I know enough to be able to complete the infinity scarf project (as advertised in the course description), but I feel like I can do it. What I cannot do, like any beginner, is know how to fix certain types of mistakes, but that's to be expected, and Lion's Brand has a "knitting doctor" hours once a week if people have questions. Once I feel like I have a good handle on my skills, I am definitely taking another class.

Enjoyable and lovely to sit around a table with a group of women learning/refreshing knitting skills. The teacher was knowledgeable, patient and was able to manage/encourage all of our different levels really well.

This was a great introduction to Crochet! The teacher was very attentive and helpful, and I look forward to taking Crochet 2 now.
