After receiving my masters in fine arts, in metalsmithing I began teaching at the 92nd st Y. I have been teaching jewelry and metalsmith since 2000. I have taught many classes from beginner adults to silversmithing. I taught workshops in etching and chain mail. And kids classes too. I built my studio while opening Studio No. 159 a full service interior design firm that specialized in decorative painting, faux finishing and space planning. I struggled to find a balance between making art, teaching, operating an interior design firm, and painting. I slowly realize the only way I would ever find my balance was to follow my true passions making art jewelry and teaching. So I created EatMetal, Inc., the fine art of design, to gratify my spirit.
