You might say that Ari White has BBQ in his blood. Born and raised in Texas, Chef White developed an appreciation for the magical flavor of hardwood smoked meats at an early age. It was a natural progression, therefore, for him to develop an entire wing of his successful catering and events company, Got Cholent/Gemstone Catering, for BBQ. After the overwhelming success of his 2012 Texas Smokehouse BBQ Pop-Up series, he is taking his passion to the next level with Wandering Que -- Traveling Texas Kosher BBQ. The centerpiece of his enterprise is a mammoth, Texan made commercial/competition Gator Pit bbq rig, the first of it's kind in the kosher food business.
