Andrew Miramonti

Teaches at Music Beans

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Andrew Miramonti is a guitarist, pianist, composer, and educator who works to instill the passion of music in his students. Andrew began playing piano and guitar at an early age and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in jazz performance with honors from Webster University in St. Louis where he studied under Dave Black, Carolbeth True, and Paul DeMarinis. Andrew was an instructor for B Sharp Music School and for The Institute for the Advancement of Jazz Study and Performance in addition to teaching privately. He also served as a judge to select Missouri's 2011 All State Jazz Band guitarist. Andrew has performed in many different venues, concerts, and festivals in St. Louis and Chicago. In San Juan, Puerto Rico, he gave a performance and workshop for Escuela Libre de Musica Antonio Paoli's "Semana de la Guitara”. Andrew has worked as a pipe organist, choir director, and music director at various churches. He has taught young children the basics and love of music, as well as personalized lesson plans for advanced students.
