Born and raised in Venice, Alessandra Rovati is a Jewish Italian cuisine expert and the creator, writer, and photographer behind the Italian food blog Dinner in Venice. Her articles and recipes have appeared in many newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, The Huffington Post, The Forward, Hadassah, Joy of Kosher, The Jewish Week, and a variety of international publications from Russia, to Italy to Australia. Alessandra has been a featured guest on a variety of television and radio programs and has spoken at universities and cultural institutes.
