2020Shift educates minority millennials on careers in digital media and technology. We focus on bridging the gap of diverse talent to non-engineering opportunities through access to jobs, resources and professional development.

Our vision is to diversify the tech economy with long-term sustainable impact by building a community of talented young professionals from underserved communities in the space.

We help women and minority professionals find non-engineering jobs in tech through skills-based learning and programming.
