This school was founded in 2005 by Kendra Coppey in New York City. It was born out of the idea that every person of every age and background deserves to live a healthy life, and it all begins with education.

The school's mission is to create a community where the student in all of us can be cultivated, inspired and supported; to create a community that encourages a thirst for education about self, other beings and the world around us, so that we can begin to inspire the same in others.

Since our humble beginnings in '05, we've grown to a full collective staff of yoga teachers, pilates instructors, personal trainers, massage therapists, nutrition & life coaches and acupuncturists; all on the move around NYC, teaching what we know to anyone who is willing to learn. And we're constantly growing, because we want to keep learning! We are teachers, yet perpetual students of life.

We are inspired by the milestones of our clients and teach from the knowledge of our own experiences, we've been there too. We love life and believe everyone has the right to do the same. We practice what we teach, and teach what we discover. We live for adrenaline rushes, workout highs, zen chill-outs and even sweets-every so often. We are a family that watches out for each other.
