Simona Yoga was funded in 2012 by Dharma Devi (Simona) when she moved to the U.S. from Italy. After four successful years in L.A., Dharma Devi moved to Montclair (NJ) bringing her business along. Simona Yoga specializes in Kundalini Yoga teaching, Energy Healing, and it is the official U.S. School of Shakti Dance™ as taught by Sara Avtar, for which Dharma is the only Lead Trainer and Training's Director in the U.S.

Simona Yoga is one of Dharma's vision to bring mindfulness and awareness in a way that can be of practical use to people on daily bases. Everybody can do yoga; it is only necessary to find the right approach that fits the needs of each student.
