It has been a delight and a challenge to bring fresh pies to Prospect Lefferts Gardens since March 27, 2015.
We have taught ourselves to bake better every day and grow with the palettes of the best set of regular customers in the city, and respond enthusiastically to that ever present question:
"What do I want to eat?"
Everything is made from scratch and even the most decadent of treats are wholesome. We offer the best coffee by Counter Culture Coffee and the best tea (in our giant mugs) by Kusmi Tea, and always try our best to bring local and exotic wine and beer to make your day even better.
Alison was great and taught me that baking a pie was not nearly as hard as I had though. I left inspired! Thanks, Alison.
The class was so much fun and educational. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to make pie crust, pie, and wants a fun night out. Do not hesitate, sign up!
Alison was wonderful and I highly recommend taking her course on pie-making. She was very patient, walked me through every step and helped me produce a delectable pie. I also feel pretty confident that I can reproduce the efforts at home. Take this class! You won't regret it.

Very cute, fun class with tasty pie! A little slow as each student works one at a time, so there's a bit of waiting/sitting around required between each step. Prob not an issue if you go with friends/have a chatty group.

The class was great and fun! Allison was very personable and definitely knew how to make amazing pies. I would highly recommend her class!
The class was casual, friendly, and Alison was extremely helpful and supportive. Each of us got a turn to practice, and in fact, to make our own pie and take it home. While it will take practice, this class took the fear out of pie making for me, and now I'm anxious to begin doing it on my own at home.
