Carolyn Montgomery is a master Mixologist, Chef and Cabaret Performer, garnering top awards and reviews in all three fields for a career spanning 25 years. She owned a restaurant in Manhattan for eight years, and deeply enjoys teaching people a skill they will easily master under her expert guidance. This class was so great! Loved everything about it.
We were sitting in on this class to see if it would work for a company event. It wouldn't. The instructor was prepping in what looked like her living room, with a dog walking around (eating anything that she dropped on the floor). At one point while kneading the dough, she mentioned something about a participant of a previous class saying she was dreaming she was punching a co-worker in the face... totally inappropriate for a company event. We were sent the wrong recipe (as were others in the class). The instructor suggested in the future that we could work directly with her at a cheaper rate, with correct instructions. We left the class after about 25-30 minutes.
The class was amazing and the teacher is sweet and kindness. La recomiendo totalmente, no se pueden perder esta exquisita pizza!!

Carolyn is a wonderful teacher and has a captivating, engaging, and energizing presence. Her instruction is thorough and inclusive, and she makes sure to individually touch base with every member of the class to ensure no one gets left behind. While I ultimately didn't end the class with useable mozzarella (I seem to have had an issue with the rennet), I joked with Carolyn that I've never had so much fun failing a class. Carolyn shared her personal email to follow up afterwards, and I look forward to re-taking the class once I order new rennet. I highly recommend this class!
