Microsoft PowerPoint Level I

Get comfortable with PowerPoint essentials, from formatting text and visuals to delivering a presentation. By the end of this course, you'll know everything you need to customize the PowerPoint interface to suit your needs, create a text presentation with graphics, and present your slides to an audience.

Microsoft PowerPoint Level II

Master PowerPoint’s advanced features from slide masters to custom shows in this seven-hour PowerPoint course. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to create reusable slides, develop custom playlists of the same slideshow for unique audiences, and record presentations to deliver at a later time.  

Additional Items

This package also includes two hours of private training, the Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist Exam (with a free retake), and proctoring for the exam. Schedule the private training and exam after you complete the group classes.

Following the course, you’ll receive an additional two hours of one-on-one training with our qualified instructor, an expert in PowerPoint with real-world experience using the program. In addition to private instruction, all students receive a copy of the Official Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist Certification Exam Guide to prepare for the exam. You can retake both the PowerPoint Level 1 and PowerPoint Level 2 classes anytime within six months.

Once you’ve completed our comprehensive training that includes the exam, private tutoring with the official exam guide, and course retakes, you’ll be prepared to take the certification exam. As part of the training fee, NYC Career Centers offers a free exam and retake if you don’t pass on the first attempt. Also, you’ll receive proctoring on exam day at no additional charge.
