Day One - Immersion Workshop

Come engage, reengage and dive deeper into this repertoire of simple methods that change the way results are generated in groups.

You will learn how to use these structures individually, weave them together into powerful LS Strings and apply them for your specific purpose to make progress on the most chronic, entangled challenges.

• 10:05 - 10:20 - Morning Break
• 10:20 - 11:45 - LSs for Individuals (career path, personal growth)
• 11:45 - 1:00 - Lunch on your own
• 1:00 - 2:45 - Afternoon Design Jam - build your own LS string!
• 2:45 - 3:00- Afternoon Break
• 3:00 - 4:45 - Now what? Bringing LS to your organizations.

Day Two - Design Lab

• 2:45 - 3:00- Afternoon Break
• 3:00 - 4:45 - LS for virtual teams
