What you'll learn in this negotiation training:

Life is full of challenges. You may want to close a deal, discuss a raise or rework a contract, only to discover a mountain of obstacles in your way. How do you overcome hurdles to ensure an optimal outcome without losing face or focus?

In this online workshop, you'll learn how to remain calm while staying committed to your objective. We’ll begin by examining the dynamics of conversations of all varieties, from small talk at the office to networking events and social gatherings of all sizes. We will then discuss negotiation structure and active listening techniques before tackling a negotiation scenario.

By the end of the workshop, all participants will have a renewed confidence in their ability to navigate personal and professional challenges and a solid conversation framework to bring to their next negotiation.


Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

This class was a good mix of instruction - an overview of the psychological/philsophical underpinnings of a successful negotiation - and practice. Plenty of time was given for applying what we learned through mock negotiation demos. Andrew is a great instructor, he brought so much passion and patience as an instructor. He also offered a 15 minute follow up by phone for those who attended.

This was an amazing course, and very well structure. It was a hybrid of role playing, and identifying. It motivated me to think about and identify my "why". This course transitioned my inquires, to potential proposals. I would highly recommend it, and take it again.
