Manhattan is only 1 of the 5 districts of New York, but it houses many treasures that are worth knowing.
During the High and Low (Alto y Bajo) Manhattan tour we will travel the Big Apple for 4 hours, first to the Uptown and later to the Downtown.
We walk through downtown avenues by an expert guide that reveals all the secrets and history of the city. We stop at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine (Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine in the City and Diocese of New York). This Cathedral is arranged with the Anglican Cathedral of Liverpool the title of the largest Anglican cathedral in the world.
We will visit Columbia University (the free access areas). On this visit you can not miss a memorial to John Lennon (Strawberry Fields) and the building where he lived and before which he was killed.
We leave behind Uptown to go down the main avenues of the East Side, making some stops in emblematic places. We will see Lincoln center, Rockefeller Center, walk around the SOHO neighborhood bordering Chinatown and continue towards Wall Street. During the tour we will see important places in Manhattan stopping in some of them.
The tour ends at Battery Park from where you can easily walk to the Ground Zero memorial.
