December 15, 2019

Center yourself during the holiday season. This is a great opportunity to think about transitions. Following the winter solstice, the daylight hours are beginning to increase, just as we start to head into the new year and more deeply into winter.

Meeting location at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park (East Drive parallel to about 75th Street)
