First Degree Reiki

The Reiki I Class/First Degree Reiki increases healing energy in your life, enhances personal growth and qualifies you as a Reiki Practitioner. The following is part of Reiki I.

• Get a glimpse of the history of Reiki and where Reiki is today
• Learn about current research on energy work and the theory of how it works
• Experience a guided meditation and be attuned to Reiki I. The attunement is a spiritual process where healing energy is activated and enhanced. The attunements can have a subtle to profound affect on one’s life.
• Be guided into a Reiki Self-Treatment
• Observe a Reiki Treatment demonstration
• Have hands-on experience in class i.e. being guided step-by-step through giving an entire Reiki Treatment on a massage table. And receive an entire Reiki Treatment on a massage table. It’s having the experience of giving and receiving Reiki that will build your confidence and trust in the process of Reiki.
• In addition to giving a full Reiki Treatment you’ll also give a mini seated Reiki treatment.
• Learn the Reiki Power Symbol for protection, activation and grounding.
• Be guided on how to apply Reiki in your everyday life
• Learn about the the principles/precepts of Reiki and the chakras
• Experience a chakra cleanse activated by the attunement
• and you’ll receive my Reiki I/II manual to take home with you.
• Many students experience a heightened journey of personal growth and healing after a class

Second Degree Reiki

The Reiki II Class/Second Degree Reiki takes you further into self-discovery and gives you more powerful tools for healing including distance healing. The following is part of Reiki II:

• Experience a guided meditation and be attuned to Reiki II
• Receive a further opening of the energy centers in your palms and increased receptivity to “ki” energy.
• Learn how to more fully tap into intuition which is naturally increased by the Reiki II attunement and experience an amazing intuition exercise
• Activate the symbols for emotional, mental & long-distance healing and experience the energies of the symbols.
• Learn and practice Long-Distance Reiki and expand your intuition in class
• Experience receiving Reiki via gazing and give a gazing treatment. Recipient has their eyes closed during this process.
• Activates further clearing and balancing of your chakras
• Receive my Reiki I/II manual to take home with you.
• Reiki is restorative, empowering, deeply relaxing and easy.
