Breathwork and Vision Board Workshop

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and connect with your inner creativity in this cozy workshop in Brooklyn. You will set meaningful intentions and bring them to life through mindful relaxation and art.

Whether you want to welcome the new year with positivity or you're looking for creative workshops to unwind, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. We’ll start with some relaxing breathwork to help us unwind and clear our heads. This will be a great way to connect with what we really want and tap into our creativity.

After the breathing session, you'll enjoy a fun collage making session. Using materials such as magazines and colorful paper, you'll create visual representations of your hopes and dreams for the coming year. It’s a lovely way to turn your intentions into something you can see and hold onto!

Your instructor, Hande Oynar will guide you through your workshop. We’ll also have unlimited tea, coffee, and snacks to keep us cozy and energized.
