Women continue to be underrepresented at every level across organizations, according to McKinsey & Co and LeanIn.Org’s annual Women in the Workplace report, which looks at data and insights collected from nearly 600 companies since 2015. But there has been some progress: the number of women in C-suite positions has been on the rise.
At LMHQ’s March Women’s Breakfast, McKinsey & Co Partner Merlina Manocaran will lead a conversation with top female leaders in the fields of law, real estate, telecommunications and finance about how these findings manifest in real life and the steps we can take to encourage systemic change in the corporate sector.
