What you'll learn in this health class:

Runner’s Club is designed to create a social atmosphere that brings people together, both seasoned and newer runners. In this class, focus is placed on stretching, building upon stretching techniques, learning breathing techniques for long and short distances, important rest day tips for your body, preparing to run long distances, what to eat, and all other things running-related are often skipped yet so crucial to avoid injury! Followed by a short run around Greenpoint, this class builds community through the love of running! Weather-appropriate running attire is required.


Nomie Byndon is a seasoned marathon runner and trainer that aims to create an environment that is encouraging and supportive. Join us every Friday at 6 pm to be apart of this liberating experience! Open to ALL levels, anyone interested/has a love for running is welcome! Great for those interested/participate in marathon running.
