Millions of people around the world have used Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help overcome phobias, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, pain, and other problems.
Over 100 clinical trials have demonstrated these techniques’ power and effectiveness. During this life-changing experience, you will explore the core concepts of EFT, a self-help method often called “tapping,” and find out how traumatic experiences are encoded in the brain.
The workshop includes hours of hands-on demonstrations and supervised exercises as well as extensive guidance and feedback from the author of The EFT Manual. You will learn how to apply EFT in the core areas of your life, such as relationships, work, health, and spirituality.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.
For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
