What you'll learn in this kids technology class:

YouTube & Twitch: Fortnite & eSports

Students will learn how to set up game-capture programs to record gameplay and stream it to the two biggest platforms in the gaming world, YouTube and Twitch. After streaming, they’ll take highlights from their stream and edit them into standalone videos, ready to be published! Students will use the green-screen to record a mixed reality video

They’ll also gain key skills in design-based programs as they create banner art, overlays and catchy thumbnails to ensure a healthy stream of followers. In the end, they’ll come away with all that they need to start their streaming career.

Daily Schedule
  • 9-9:30 drop off & activities
  • 9:30-10 circle time/discussion topics
  • 10-10:20 snack time
  • 10:20-12 coding / learning
  • 12-12:30 Lunch
  • 12:30-1:30 outside time (weather dependent)
