Advanced students will learn arm strokes, leg kicks and breathing coordination. This will also include rotation, treading water, submerging and changing direction. Instructors will teach the fundamentals of the backstroke and freestyle stroke, accompanied by rotary breathing. They will also learn the basics of the butterfly and breast stroke. Students will practice both sitting and standing dives.
Swimmers will continue their education by increasing their swimming skill competency and practicing safety and rescue skills.
Pre-requisites: Swimmers should have passed beginner level and can swim unsupported, as well as feel comfortable in deep water.
