• To receive a 95% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received 7 business days before the first class begins.
• To receive a 60% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received 4 business days before the second class begins.
• To receive a 50% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received 3 business days before class begins.
• There will be no refund for withdrawal request of less than 3 business days before class begins.

Please allow three weeks for your refund request to be process, and be mindful of the timetable described above.

Make-up Policy

The school provides a make-up session for missed class as a result of personal scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control if there is space available.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
