Introduce your young builder to the world of robotics. Through building simple, animal-inspired machines and designing habitats, they'll learn fundamental engineering and programming concepts. With hands-on activities, they'll grasp key mechanical components, setting a solid foundation for understanding robotics.
In this course, your builder will begin their exploration into the world of robotics by building simple, animal-inspired machines that are controlled by icon-based program codes. We will teach your little learner some fundamental engineering and programming concepts as they build goofy animals and design perfect habitats to protect their new robotic friends. In each activity, students will be asked to identify the key mechanical components used in each robotic model.
They will complete this before they ever build the model so they better understand how the pieces work together in the final design. They will understand the importance and use of motors, sensors, gears, axles, the robot Hub and so much more.
