The word "Beginner" sounds deceptively elementary. But it is not so. After two decades, I still repeat the beginner’s routine as the indispensable starter for my daily practice. My grandfather taught me this routine when I was seven years old. Every time I thought I got them, I discovered later there was a deeper layer. It seems to me that there is no ending to the beginner routine. Or the beginning is at the same time the ending. Practice per se is perfect.

About the Class
Tai Chi is a way to change your habitual use of body and mind. Tai Chi Fundamentals Class Not Only for Beginners focuses on fundamentals that you can rely on to build your Tai Chi form in the future. 

The class aims at creating a supportive environment for you to communicate with your body and to work on one crucial body part at a time by following the core principles of Tai Chi. It will help you form good habits and integrate Tai Chi into every moment of your life. The class emphasizes static and simple dynamic balance and body-mind reconnection to improve overall wellness, avoid injuries, and achieve well-being.

The maximum number of participants is seven, in order to ensure that everyone receives sufficient attention to get optimal benefit from the practice.

Refund Policy
A $20 late cancellation fee will be incurred for all cancellations within 24 hours before the session.

Group class will be canceled if there are less than 2 people signed up. There is a 24 hours minimum for notification of cancellation. Clients will have the option to move into a different class or be refunded.

This is a wonderful Tai Chi class. You get very personalized instruction and Ray is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about practicing and teaching Tai Chi. The class is accessible to anyone, even if you’ve never tried Tai Chi. It’s both challenging and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

As a new person to meditation and Tai Chi this was an excellent experience. Ray initiated the session with a meditation explaining every single step and what to expect from them and continued with the intro to the Tai Chi movements. I wasn’t able to stay for the whole class but I will highly recommend it and will return
