This class concentrates on a mother’s problem areas like the dreaded pooch, saggy thighs and flabby arms.
This signature class targets and tones arms, core and glutes. In this class we use the pole as a tool to aid in target toning, resistant based exercises for a total body workout. The small and controlled conditioning movements in this class will have your body sore for days! This class infuses elements of Pilates, ballet and pole strengthening exercises to firm and lengthen muscles. 1hr
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
