Join Soca N Sweat as we return to Ft. Lauderdale as a part of a mini tour with no other than our friend the very talented Royal G (@Royal.g) as we bring you a fun and exciting dance fitness class led where she leads us to warm up, stretch, and learn the fundamentals of whining. Want to put some "oil" in that waistline? Join us for an hour of Waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness. With carnival right around the corner, whether you're going or wish you were, DJ Monumental and our instructor have the vibes up and Whine and go down.
All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!

This is an open level curriculum based class which teaches open/beginner 2 level Bellydance technique and choreography. New choreography is introduced every 3-4 months. Prior Bellydance experience is not required however if you do not have any dance, zumba experience it is recommended to attend this class along with Bellydance Fitness class.

The class is 45 minutes of Fitness Bellydance followed by 15 minutes of toning and stretching mat exercises. Open to any level of Fitness and Dance, and good for Beginner Bellydance students as it covers basic technique.

This is an open level curriculum based class which teaches Intermediate/Advanced level technique and choreography with New choreography introduced every 3-4 months. Prerequisite: Prior Bellydance experience is required, as the basic technique is not covered in this class.

This class will focus on building strong lines through fundamentals of ballet technique.
