Explore the fundamentals of aerial silks in a beginner-friendly class designed for all skill levels. Learn essential techniques including climbing, inverting, and wrapping, while performing basic poses from a secure basket position. Enjoy a tailored approach that prioritizes safety, technique, and individual progress.
Intro Silks is open to any beginner student – no experience necessary. In this class, students will learn poses from sitting or standing in the basket (when the silks are tied in a loop at the bottom near the ground) and the basics of how to climb, invert, and wrap their feet and wrists. All silks classes are tailored to individual skill and fitness levels with an emphasis on safety and proper technique.
No experience necessary.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
