ABSolutions features a variety of 30min & 60min classes during your lunch break and right after work so that you can get in, have a great time, and leave feeling powerful, revitalized, and ready to take on the world!The ABSolutions Method focuses on abs and core fitness as our primary means to strengthening, stabilizing, coordinating, and looking and feeling great. Each class is great supplemental conditioning for other physical activities, like dancing. Taken together, our Pilates Fusion & Cardio Dance program gives you a complete core workout. We welcome movers of all levels!

ABSolutions Cardio Dance classes use Latin dance moves to shrink and sculpt your waist while providing an exhaustively fun cardio workout. We access all of the deepest core muscles for strength and stability and the most superficial core muscles to achieve the 6-pack you’re aiming for.
