Description
What you'll learn in this wine & cheese class:
We will learn basic tasting techniques, and how to use them to identify the characteristics of a wine. We will practice using all our senses and learn about what to look for and how to determine the qualities of the wine. We’ll practice the techniques, as well as do side by side tastings. A selection of cheese and appetizers will accompany the tastings. Each guest will have 4 2oz. tastings (just under 2 standard glasses of wine).
You will leave with your own pocket wine journal, a print out with all the techniques we’ve learned, and interesting articles pertaining to wine tasting. 21+ only.

Refund Policy
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
