Join us for an exciting two-hour mixology experience where you'll transform into a skilled bartender, crafting cozy winter cocktails that will inspire your home mixology craft. Led by a seasoned mixologist, this session will guide you through the art of mastering four delightful seasonal concoctions: a Oaxaxa Fashioned, a Golden Winter (featuring flavors of apple, caramel, lemon and sake), a Winterpolitan (gin based with pomegranate), and a NY Flip (a decadent and creamy dessert cocktail featuring bourbon and port). Get ready for a hands-on journey into the world of mixology and leave with the skills to impress your family & friends with your newfound cocktail expertise.
The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu, giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list. The class includes a segment on making simple syrup from scratch and utilizing stylish garnishes. Each cocktail focuses on different mixology techniques, which are some of the basics for behind the bar that you can use at home!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
