What you'll learn in this drink making class:

Where do cocktails come from? What are sours and slings? Why does James Bond sometimes order a Martini "shaken not stirred", and at other times "stirred not shaken"? 

Learn how to shake, stir, muddle and float your way through basic and historic cocktail recipes. 

Join our head bartender Jake and learn the facts and folklore behind classics like the Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Gin Fizz and more.

CLASS AND EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal is always to make it easy for you to learn about, share, and explore wine. We offer advance registration for classes and reservations for special events to make planning easier for you. We also always encourage you to drop by our studio at any time to see what’s happening. Classes and events will always remain open to drop-ins until there are no more seats available.

But we also understand that schedules change. For that reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

For cancellations over 48 hours in advance, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number.

For cancellations within 48 hours, no credit/exchange is possible. If you’re unsure of your schedule and don’t feel like registering in advance, you’re always welcome to “drop in” for your desired class or event, as space may still be available.

Note that for classes and events with limited space, the online registration/reservation system shows the number of spots currently available, so you can refer to it for an idea of how much space may be left. Click on the Number of Attendees drop-down as if you were going to register/reserve. The maximum number of attendees you can select indicates how many spots currently remain.

We also encourage you to send a friend in your place if something comes up and you can’t attend.
