What you'll learn in this macaron class:

The preparation of tarts, which is a delicious crust filled treat, includes dough technique, making light custard cream, and baking. You'll get a chance to learn the theory of Lemon/chocolate and/or Fruit tarts as you make your own to take home! We'll also teach you how to make madeleines which are a perfect accompaniment to your tea or coffee.


Each student will go home with his/her own pastries (2 tarts and half dozen madeleines)


Note: We need 4 people to host the class and if this number have not been reach will have to cancel the class.

Refund Policy
If students are requesting to reschedule or class credit, 7 days notice is required. 

If cancellation is received 5 days before the class, student may receive refund less $25 cancellation fee or full class credit. 

No refund or reschedule if less than 5 days notice. 

Full refund if Atelier Sucre cancels the class.
