What you'll learn in this spring cooking class:

Simplicity is key when you have fresh ingredients, but the fine points of good cooking techniques make all the difference. Learn how to prepare and cook Spring Pea & Mint Soup, Filet Mignon with Wild Mushroom Sauce, Roasted Asparagus, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Chocolate Soufflé.

School Notes:
We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

We have a strict 8 business days cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 8 business days before the event, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 4 business days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
