What you'll learn in this mexican cooking class:

Pati Jinich is the host and creator of the award-winning PBS series, Pati’s Mexican Table, where she swings the window wide open into the fascinating world of Mexican cuisine. Author of 2 cookbooks including, Mexican Today, Pati will take us on a gastronomic tour exemplifying dishes from the Yucatan, Mexico City, Veracruz, and mole-centric Oaxaca. Ingredients, techniques, and history of this extraordinary cuisine will be yours to take into your own kitchen.

Please note that this is a fantastic culinary demonstration & learning experience, rather than a hands-on cooking class.
