Question from Josh B.
My girlfriend still orders her steak well done, despite my (gentle) attempts to help her understand that she is missing out on a quality dining experience with medium rare, or at least a not completely dry and overdone steak! I think if I had a professional chef tell her in a classroom setting like this, the message might sink in a bit more and we can enjoy steaks together. Is this the right class for that?
Answer from Angelica B. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Meat 101 classes do incorporate a steak into the Menu, but it also focuses on other proteins including chicken and pork schnitzel. Perhaps you would rather attend Steakhouse at Home which is also offered on our site (click "Save To Wishlist" if there are no available dates). That way she won't be distracted by the other delicious food and can really hone in on that delicious steak.
Answer from Josh B.
That's actually great! I should have mentioned that all of her proteins tend to be cooked slightly longer than I prefer to eat them, so I think this is exactly a fit. Thanks!
