What you'll learn in this meat class:

This is the perfect class for the nervous carnivore.

Students will learn:

  • poultry butchery from start to finish, what to do with the carcass, and how to braise.
  • Cleaning & filleting beef including silverskin , cooking methods, & how to rest, cut, & accoutrements.

**Students will leave class with a whole broken down chicken.
