What makes Italy so unique is that on a relatively small peninsula you can experience 20 completely different “micro-countries,” each with its own distinct history, food, wine and culture. This evening, we will journey to Sicilia, one of the largest islands in the Mediterranean. A microcosm of natural and cultural marvels, this region is a dazzling blend of rolling hills, volcanic mountains, and coastal beaches that meet sparkling seas. The southernmost region in Italy, the island continues to entice travelers from near and far with its legacy rich in ancient ruins, unique dialects, and – especially exciting for us – delicious and distinctive food and drink that explain the nickname “God’s Kitchen”.
Join us for the demonstration style class where you’ll observe our Chef create 3 courses, teaching you how to make each, step-by-step. As you enjoy eating each course, you’ll also learn about and enjoy some regional wines from Donnafugata.

Please note, this is a dinner and class format, not a hands-on dinner. Dinner duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Seating is first-come, first-served. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
