What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:
From Portofino in Liguria to Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Italians know how to celebrate summer along their endless miles of gorgeous coastline. The next best thing to dining al fresco overlooking the Mediterranean? Beating the heat of the Manhattan summer, sharing a delicious, multi-course Italian Riviera pop-up dinner in the heart of Greenwich Village!
Chef Dana Klitzberg of Blu Aubergine Roma-NYC will be preparing the dishes of the Italian coast, from the Ligurian Riviera down to Campania and the Amalfi Coast. Dine on expertly-prepared dishes, from a seafood-based antipasti spread to local pastas, Mediterranean fish main courses and fresh-from-the-garden produce, to the famous torta caprese for dessert...it's all paired with local wines from the featured regions, along with the sights and sounds of the bel paese.

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy
We have a strict 8 business days cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 8 business days before the event, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 4 business days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
