Sit back at our cooktop and enjoy watching a full 4 course meal prepared in front of your eyes. Observe, learn new techniques, and ask questions with complementary wine pairings and recipes to enjoy at home.
Menu:
In this class, you'll learn to prepare dishes inspired by famous NYC restaurants, meet other foodies, and enjoy a 4-course meal in an intimate setting on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Paced for both the experienced cook and the stereotypical New Yorker who only uses her oven to store shoes, you'll observe each recipe from start to finish and learn how to translate restaurant cooking to your home kitchen. New York is famous for its food -- so take some of its secrets home into your own kitchen.
Note: This class is not hands-on; the chef prepares the food right in front of you while you watch, taste and enjoy an in-depth walk through of each dish.

- We have a 4 business days cancellation policy to ensure that we have enough time to re-fill your seat with another student.
- We do not issue refunds after the cancellation period.
The school reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances without any prior notice. A full refund of the course fee paid will be returned to participants.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
