Teacher: Brian Adwar

What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

Aah!, Gnocchi, these pillowy potato dumplings are in a pasta category of their own!

In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. Then two sauces will complement the gnocchi, a hearty chicken sausage ragu sauce, and a pesto cream sauce. So come on out, have fun, learn how to make gnocchi like a chef!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

We had such a great time cooking with Brian! Making the gnocchi with my boyfriend and meeting some new couples was such a nice experience. Brian was an excellent teacher and definitely hands on with helping us perfect (we’ll not really haha!) our gnocchi rolls. His sauces were delicious and our gnocchi came out great (I think!) Would definitely do this again, we had a lovely night!
