Join us in recreating a selection of recipes from it's best-known restaurant, Mère Poulard, which are featured in the recently published cookbook, The Beautiful Story of Mont-Saint-Michel: with 88 recipes from La Mère Poulard (Editions du Chêne, 2018). This beautifully photographed ode to French cuisine explores the history of Mère Poulard's famous restaurant, with recipes by six famous French chefs who were inspired by her.

Miette means, "little crumb" in French. This name was chosen while giving cooking classes at the restaurant Tartine in the West Village. Since Tartine means "slice of bread" we thought it an appropriate name for the school!
