Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, Summer Rolls, Dumplings, and Egg Drop Soup.
Learn to make all these yourself and eat them up at the winery, or take them home for tomorrow [maybe eat as a midnight snack, nobody will know].
We’ll sample a variety of dipping sauces from the local Asian market. Chop Sticks and to-go cartons included.
All classes include wine provided by wineUdesign.

If you need to cancel your reservation a full refund is available 48 hours or more prior class to start. 48-24 hours prior to class start and we apply your ticket sale to another class of your choice. No refund less than 24 hours prior to class start. Although we realize that situations arise, please understand that food and supplies must be ordered, and staff scheduled the day before the class starts, according to reservation amounts.
If The Cook’s Studio has to cancel or reschedule a class due to not reaching our minimum reservation requirements, we will let you know 2 days prior to class start. Guests will have their choice of a full refund, or apply their ticket to any other class, AND bring a friend for free! This is our 2-4-1 reschedule policy, some restrictions apply.
