Whether you're a beer aficionado or simply a social sipper, you'll love learning how beer enhances the flavor of your favorite foods. Join us as we create a hearty menu of comfort foods, both savory & sweet, that highlight a wide array of brews. So grab a beer (or a bottle of vino) and let’s get cooking and tasting!

Menu:

  • Chicken with Beer & Mushroom Pan Sauce
  • Creamy Beer Mac & Cheese
  • Arugula Salad with IPA Vinaigrette
  • Chocolate Stout Cupcakes

This menu is BYOB.

Note: The price is good for 2 guests -- you only need to checkout 1 seat per pair/couple. You only need to use one name per pair/couple on the checkout page.

Refund Policy

Public Classes and Camps

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions.

  • You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days prior to the start time of the class using online rebooking.
  • Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated.
  • New bookings made within 7 days of the class cannot be rescheduled.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.

We will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstances.

Waiver Policy: Guest participation is subject to the execution of our waiver. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian (no nannies/sitters, grandparents, carpooling parents, etc). Any guests without a signed waiver will not be able to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.

Online/Virtual Classes - we no longer offer public online classes.

Private Events

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. Event deposits apply to your date and time booked only; they are not transferable to a new date and/or time. If you’d like to change your event date and/or time, your initial deposit will be retained/forfeited and a new deposit will be required. Your balance due will be charged 6 days prior to your event based on your guaranteed guest count and selections. Reschedule and cancellation requests within 6 days of the event and no-shows will not be accommodated and the booking client will be financially responsible for the entire deposit and balance due. Taste Buds Kitchen will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstance.

Payment Overview and Details:

  • Event deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable; if you'd like to change your date and/or time, a new deposit is required.
  • Modification to the selected menu, guest headcount, add-ons and favors are acceptable until 7 days prior to the start time of your event. After this time, your headcount is a guaranteed attendance and will not be reduced regardless of how many guests attend.
  • The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to your event.
  • If your event falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the card on file will be charged the preceding Friday.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    The overall experience was fine. We won't be going back to Taste Buds Kitchen.... The instructor was good, but the class was waaay too big. She was barely able to stop by our stations once per course. The entire class felt very rushed. There was really no time to ask questions. The other people working in the kitchen didn't know anything about the meal being prepared or how to do it. So, all questions had to be directed to the chef who was always busy with one of the other 20 people in the class. I get having one "chef" that runs the class, but the other people working should have a basic knowledge of the recipe and how to do it. In the end we were able to make everything and it turned out ok. Some things like the cupcakes were under baked (we didn't do any of the actual baking only the mixing). We would have reduced the sauce for the chicken more had we realized the chicken was being baked and not put back into the sauce. (We were only given step by step instructions without an overview of how dishes were going to be made). Another odd thing was that were were given double the amount of chicken that we needed and half of it was still frozen. So, we ended up cooking with some of the frozen chicken because we had already put it in the pan by the time we realized we didn't need it all. The actual dishes while fine individually didn't have any kind of coherent theme to them besides the fact that they all used different beers to make them. So the entire meal was a little discombobulated in the end. Ultimately, as people who like cooking, we didn't learn anything and probably won't be using the recipes because they weren't amazing...

    Great class lots of fun and good direction too. Was really impressed with the byob set up they had ice buckets for bottles of wine corkscrews and nice glasses! Will definitely come back!

    This class was so fun! We learned some new skills and even some interesting food facts. Both my husband and I were engaged but relaxed and the food was delicious. The environment was encouraging but not strict, AND they didn't try to sell us things at the end like other cooking classes. The teacher was great, informative and kept things moving without feeling rushed. Overall we give it a 5/5, thanks! The only thing I would say is... I wished it started a LITTLE earlier, but we are parents and staying out until 11 on a work night was big for us haha. Thank you Taste Buds!!

Hi Josh! No need to bring anything, it's already provided. No refunds are available for students cancelling their class, only credit towards another Taste Buds Kitchen class and requires 72-hour notification and there is a $10 admin fee. Hope this is helpful.

According to Taste Buds Kitchen, three of the four recipes in the class' menu require some amount of dairy ingredients. While they try their very best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, they are unable to do so for the public classes as they can't guarantee that ingredients and tools will not cross-contaminate.
