What you'll learn in this vietnamese cooking class:

Some of New York’s best Vietnamese food is made on St Mark’s Place in the East Village by a twenty-something executive chef named Albert Nguyen. Critics lavished praise on Hanoi House; the Times selected it as a Critic’s Pick. Nguyen will share regional recipes that showcase all of the bold flavors the cuisine is known for and time-honored recipes from his family.

Please note that this is a fantastic culinary demonstration & learning experience, rather than a hands-on cooking class.
