What you'll learn in this japanese cooking class:

The likes of bamboo chicken skewers, savory pancakes, and stuffed rice balls have been enjoyed on-the-go in Japan for centuries. Even sushi started off as a popular street-food snack before it made its way to our white linen table cloths.

In this class, we’ll teach you the authentic way to make these Japanese favorites whether you eat them on the run or around a table.

Menu:
  • Okonomiyaki (savory pancake)
  • Yakitori (bamboo chicken skewer)
  • Onigiri (rice ball stuffed with various fillings)
  • Sushi Roll (different styles of preparation)
Note:
It is recommended that students wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes..
